Replaced light bulb. It won’t light. What now?
For model number WMH31017HZ4
Hello Connie, thank you for reaching out. We have concluded that the issue is with the light socket. We researched your model and found that there are two light sockets present. The light socket, part number PS11750439, is in the airflow area, and the light socket, part number PS2342199, is in the interior and ventilation area. You may need to replace the faulty one accordingly. We hope this sorts out your problem!

I overcooked a breakfast sandwich, microwave has a burnt smell in it now. Do I need to replace both filters or any at all? If so, whiich one and what is the size and order number?

Microwave not heating, working otherwise
This was an over-the-range microwave/hood, so the replacement parts were significantly cheaper than buying a new unit.
Take microwave down (really a two-person job). Remove microwave cover (about 20 philips screws), discharge HV capacitor by shorting terminals to microwave case. Take photos before pulling anything apart. R ... Read more emove plastic ducting covering part of the magnetron (3 philips screws). Remove old magnetron (4 Torx screws), need to disconnect small thermostat on side (2 philips screws) and replace with new magnetron. Replace HV diode (screw on one end, other end simply plugged into capacitor terminal). Put everything back together and it works fine.
