On Broil, top element lights up as normal for about 10 seconds, then turns off, and does not appear to turn back on. It would appear the element is fine. I can hear a "click" in the upper control area of the stove, possibly a relay or thermostat?
No error codes are displayed.
On the bake cycle, the lower element heats up and cycles on & off appropriately. However, the oven seems to take awhile to get to selected bake temperature. Is it possible that the broil element is supposed to cycle in addition to the bake element to keep temperature more uniform? If the broil element is not working properly, this could explain the longer heating time. Once the oven reaches the selected bake temperature, it appears able to maintain temperature as set.

Hello Scott, thank you for the question. It looks like your oven's control board is faulty and you may need to replace it with part number PS16660474. If the temperature sensor is working fine, check the thermostat, part number PS11740991, as a damaged thermostat can cause the heating element to not light up. We hope this solves your problem!

I numbered every part. ex: 1 L., for first part removed left side. I used a magic marker to circle the holes and wrote the number of screws used on the part, set the srews in a separete place, so that I new where these screws went to. The cleanup was pretty time consuming, but I was able to keep my stove, when every repairman I called to
... Read more fix my stove told me I was better off buying a new stove. ($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.
removed the screws holding the back metal panel, this exposed the wires to the switch. tested the wires to find that they were live when the switch was in the off position. ordered a new switch.
