The oven won't work, no heat, no nothing and its only eight months old.

If both the Bake and Broil Element stopped working at the same time, this is normally an indication the Oven Control Board is faulty and will need to be replaced. Opened up the back of the stove. Unpluged the sensor. Replaced the sensor. Replace the back of the stove.
