This is my first problem with the dishwasher, and it started suddenly a few days ago. Unit continuously runs. I've been pressing the drain button after about 90 minutes. Once drained, I can still smell soap. I'll start it again just to rinse off the soap. What is the problem?
For model number WDF540PADM3
Hello Darell, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is with the turbidity sensor, part number PS12070543. We would recommend replacing it to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!

unit turns on but does not function.
all the setting can be selected but nothing happens.
I unplugged it.
Is it the main board?
Is there a way to reset computer?
For model number WDF540PADM3
Hello John, thank you for contacting us. We believe your model is having this problem because of a faulty door latch. If the door latch is faulty, it might prevent the dishwasher from running. You may need to replace the door latch, part number PS11756967. There is no specific option to reset the control board. We can only reset it by unplugging the dishwasher from the power supply and plugging it back on after a few minutes. We hope this helps.

The water doesn't get hot to wash, but the dryier does heat to dry.
The heating element seems to be o.k. Could this be the thermostat
causing this problem? Or maybe some other cause.
For model number WDF540PADM3
Hello Fred, thank you for getting in touch. Check the thermostat using a multimeter. If it is fine, you will need to replace the control board, part number PS11769631. Glad to be of assistance!
