bearing set up in lower shaft.
Purchased and replaced curved lower shaft assembly.

didn't keep running
removed outer cover, remove old gas lines from carburetor and gas tank. Unscrewed (2) screws holding carburetor. Making certain not to damage gasket under carburetor then installed carburetor using same gasket and screws that held it before. Tightened to snug fit. Installed new gas lines, and cover over carburetor.
