On my refrigerator display panel control lights stop working and also ice maker stop making ice. What must be a problem.
For model number RS277ACPN
Hello Harish, Thank you for the question. This is normally an indication the PCB LED Control Board is defective and will need to be replaced. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers and contact us back with he updated substitution number. We hope this helps
The refrigerator fridge is temperature 34 degrees. It’s warm inside?
For model number RS277ACPN
Hello and thank you for writing.
The temperature inside your refrigerator needs to be cold enough to inhibit bacterial growth, and warm enough so the food doesn't freeze. Refrigerators should be set to 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) or colder. A good temperature range for a refrigerator is between 34-38 degrees F (1-3 degrees C). So how can we help as 34 is a good temperature for your unit? We are looking forward to your reply, please always notate the model number. Thank you.

Water in door will not work.
Where would the pump be located
For model number RS277ACPN
Hi Ronnie,
Thank you for your question. If your dispenser is not dispensing water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. We recommend checking the water filter, the water inlet valve, the water dispenser actuator, the micro switch, and the dispenser control board. We have included a link from our website that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hello Allen, thank you for the great question. You may need to check the door gasket. If it is damaged, you may need to replace it to fix the issue. The part number for the refrigerator door gasket is PS4172458, and for the freezer door gasket is PS4172457. Glad to be of assistance!
Water flow to the ice maker is constantly flowing causing the ice maker to fill up and freeze over. Is there a fix for this? Thanks!
For model number RS277ACPN
Hi Jennifer, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the water inlet valve, part number PS4146154, to solve the problem. Glad to be of help!
Removed handles on Refrigerator and Freezer Door by forcing handles up by pushing in and lifting them up. Unscrewed Phillips screws holding handle mounts to the handles. Placed handle assemblies over the door mounts and slid them down to lock in place.
Barely losened the two rear screws. Took out the two front screws and the ice maker slides toward front of fridge off the 2 rear screws. Unhooked the wiring plug. Replaced with new ice maker.
