just diconnected the electric unscrewed the 2 screws that held the element in place, then i unplugged the old element, plugged in the new element, replaced the 2 retaining screws. that was it! The cool part about parts select is, I was on the phone with them less than 5 minutes and had already found and paid for the element i was looking for. on and off the phone in less than 5 minutes.

Very easy to replace old bake element with new one. Used screw driver to remove the old element, disconnected wires then connected wires to new element and used the screw driver to secure new element.
