Freeze and freezer both gets cold air for 30-40 minutes after power chord is plugged and then shuts off the compressor and fan motor and temp gets back to normal. What could be the reason for this ? Control panel is already replaced as recommended by technician.

Once the power is on 2 to 3 minutes lights are flashing and clicking noise and condenser fan turned on and off. After lights are steady fridge getting cool for about 15-20 minutes but the same time clicking noise and condenser fan is on and off for a second continuously. Then after no cooling at all and condenser fan is off. What could be the problem? Control board and thermistor is already replaced

removed flap door in front of icemaker...removed 3 screws with bolt heads...removed one additional screw with bolt head and ice unit slid out. I removed motor unit (pops out no screws). Replaced and had ice within 3 hours.
