How do you replace a handle support
For model number JVM3160DF4WW
Hello Frank,
Thank you for your question. You will need to remove the door lining to get access to the support, in order to remove the door lining so you can gain access to the screws holding the door handle in place, you will need to use a putty knife. Start at one side along the inside of the lining around the window edge and gently put the putty knife between the door lining and the door to release the tabs holding it place. The side where the door is hinged, you will need to pry the lining lose from the back side. Once this is complete you can remove the inner lining. With the lining removed you should see the screws holding the door in place. Sometimes the door handle may be held with 4 screws and you may not see the other 2 screws. If you remove the 2 screws and the handle does not come off you will need to remove the inner door frame with a putty knife using the same procedure as with the door lining so you can release the other screws. We hope this helps.

I keep blowing the fuse when i open or shut door switches test good everything tested good i can test without digging deeper what do you think
For model number JVM3160DF4WW
Hello Kim, Thank you for your inquiry. If the fuse keeps blowing in your microwave and you've already tested the 3 door switches, we would next recommend checking the magnetron and the capacitor. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so.
