When removing the door to clean how do you get inside
For model number JBP23DR3WW
Hello Nancy, thank you for reaching out. Use the following instructions to remove the oven door:
1. Open the oven door.
2. Pull the hinge locks down towards the door frame to the unlock position.
3. Firmly grasp both sides of the door at the top.
4. Close the door to the door removal position, which is halfway between the broil stop position and fully closed.
5. Lift the door up and out until the hinge arm is clear out of the slot.

Timer counts down but no longer beeps when done. Doesn’t beep when pre heated ends either. Use to work.

Hi Linda, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, you may need to unplug the unit for 5 minutes to see if the electronics will reset. You may need to press and hold the cook time button for 5 seconds to turn tones on. If that does not work, it means the control board, part number PS3493488, is just not engaging the speaker when it reaches the temperature. You may need to replace it to fix the issue.
