Every once in a while all the lights on the panel will light, it will shut off and I will need to input the time inorder for the unit to start up again.

Hi Larry, thank you for your inquiry. If your panel flashes lights and shuts off, then this means that your control board is faulty. We would recommend checking the control board, part number PS2378983, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Replaced clock control by removing surface burner control knobs and plastic nuts, and then the cover over the oven control.
