Oven element barely heats up and broil element will not heat to the Max. Does not become red ... what could be the cause of these problems ... our original unit had this same problem but was under warranty, they wouldn't bother fixing it , they just replaced it at the time, this is a replaced unit but with the same problem and two months out of warranty ... seems like coincidence ... chuckle ... please help ...

My oven is heating incredibly slowly. It worked great until i used the broil function, now it is taking an hour to heat to 200 degrees. The stove top still works well.

The keypad was having some intermittant issues. Recently the range began beeping randomly and displayed an F12 error. We turned off power for a few hours and the beeping and error restarted when power was restored.
Does this mean a new overlay or overlay and control board? Or if not that, what should I do?
