Pushing oven cancel but the oven won't turn off
For model number AOES2730WW
Hello Carol, Thank you for the question. The oven control board has relays that send voltage to the bake and broil circuits. If the relays are damaged or defective it will not turn the oven on or off. The Electronic Control Board would need to be replaced. We looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers and contact us back with he updated substitution number. We hope this helps!
Really easy but in this model there are 2 versions of the sensor, male and female. The website didn't have any place to see that. So the first sensor that came was male but we needed the other. After calling they sent me a return form and sent the new part (which was actually much cheaper) overnight and it went in very quickly. Would che
