Door gasket was worn and torn

I removed the retainer with a screwdriver and pulled the old gasket. Then I installed the new gasket which consisted of pushing the retaining pins into place in the holes with my thumbs. They fit perfectly and the oven looks like new. Excellent. Read more...

Worn door gasket, leaked steam while cooking

Used a Phillips head screw driver to remove cover that was covering the over bottom 1/3 of the installed gasket. I then used flathead screwdriver to help remove gasket from the "pins" that were in the gasket that held it to the oven. Installed new gasket inserting pins into the oven.
