This is a replacement air filter/AC cartridge for your small engine. The air filter prevents dirt and debris from entering the engine. Over time, the air filter can become clogged or damaged, and this can lead to reduced performance. This air filter is approximately 4 inches wide and approximately 5 inches long. To replace the air filter, locate the air filter cover on the side of the engine, unscrew it, and remove the old filter. Be sure to clear out any dirt, clippings, or other debris that has found its way into the air filter assembly before you insert the new filter. Reattach the air filter cover, and secure it with the screws. This product is sold individually.

This part is the replacement spark plug for your engine. It measures approximately 2.5 inches by 1 inch. The spark plug creates the spark that ignites fuel in your engine during the combustion process. Over time, spark plugs can become worn and can go bad, which will prevent the engine from firing. You can test your spark plug for continuity with a multimeter, and inspect it for corrosion if you suspect the spark plug has gone bad. replaced gasket that go's between the air cleaner housing and carb. cleaned housing and reinstalled with new air filter
Also replaced fuel tank , the built in fuel shut off started leaking , had to replace the tank. Ordered a new one Briggs & Stratton original equipment fit perfect . This is a 25 year old Briggs & Stratton lawn mower 3.5 HP, Runs perfect, starts by the 2nd crank every time. First time I ever had to spend money on it since I bought it new in 1991

This Ni Nut-Lock, or Nylock Nut, is a Silver 1/4 x 20 metal nut. Sold individually, it can be adjusted using a wrench or socket and torque wrench to the manufacturer specfications, and is used to secure the sheer pin in place, on the impeller assembly. These nuts are a one-time use part due to their locking mechanism. You'll know the nut has broken when it appears to have damaged threads or rounded off edges.

Smelled Gas Leaks
Inspected/removed fuel lines and found signs of leak. Removed and inspected carburetor and found that seals and gaskets were toast. Replaced said seals with ones from the kit that fit and replaced fuel lines.Would be nice to have a fuel line kit with the big fuel line (tank to carb) and the little one (carb to engine) together with all the necessary clamps. This manufacturer-certified Primer Bulb is a black rubber part which comes individually sold. It is used to pump fuel from the fuel tank to the carburetor to start the engine. Installation is rated as "Easy" by customers, and will require a screwdriver and pliers. The part attaches to the primer assembly. This part is the upper connecting attachment tube for your leaf blower vacuum and attaches at the bottom of the leaf blower. This tube works in tandem with the lower tube to suction dirt and debris and collect it within a shoulder bag (sold separately). General wear and tear and cracks or breaks can lead to the overall suction diminishing, requiring a replacement tube. This upper tube is sold as an individual part and is made of plastic and requires the lower tube as well for full functionality. To replace the tube, simply unclip the part attaching to the blower, and replace it with the new one.

Lawn Boy Kit-Needle/Seat

This needle and seat kit, also known as a float valve, is found in many types of liquid-fueled lawn equipment, such as carburetors. The valve regulates the flow of fuel into the float bowl. The needle and seat work together to make sure that the valve opens and closes properly, so that it does not leak or overflow. If it is broken, you may notice a strong odor of fuel coming from your machine. Your engine may also run poorly or not start at all. A damaged or corroded float valve can cause fuel leaks, which can be dangerous as they are flammable. To remove the float valve, first disconnect the spark plug wire on your machine. You then need to consult your user manual to locate the float bowl of your machine and remove the bolts or screws securing their cover in place. When you lift off the cover, you will find the needle attached to the float. Using a pair of needle-nose pliers, grasp onto the needle and pull it out of the float. Keep in mind when you are purchasing this OEM-manufactured kit that it comes with the needle and seat together, but the float itself is not included.
