This particular model does not have a drain filter that keeps pennies and bobby pins from getting in the rotor of the pump. Make sure you turn off machine and unplug from wall electrical, wait 10 minutes and then open door. Tilt machine back at angle to prevent water from coming out of the front door. Use a cup to scoop out excess water from drum. The pump is under the right front corner of machine, so you can turn machine on left side after hand scooping water out. Remove two spring hose clamps with fingers and electrical connectors. four screws hold pump mounting bracket to body of machine. Remove those and while you have the machine on its side. Go ahead and take hose off that leads to drain in wall. Use coat hanger to make sure it is free from debris. You can take three screws out that holds pump together and get to any of the pins, pennies, etc that are inside the pump. Re-assemble....presto. When you plug machine back in, wait for a minute and then put on spin cycle, not drain. The sensor for draining thinks machine is empty. Put a machine cleaning product through once for a short wash cycle and then you can use machine again normally.
