Toro Tiller Gasket-Fuel Tank This fuel tank gasket is an OEM part certified by the manufacturer, and it provides a seal on the gas tank and carburetor of your machine. This fuel tank gasket is gray in color and made of composite materials. It is sold individually and is not part of a kit or assembly. Over time, the gasket can become damaged due to fatigue or wear, or it can dry out and the seal will fail. If you notice fuel leaking from the fuel tank gasket, it is time to replace it. This is a medium-difficulty repair that requires a wrench, sockets, and a screwdriver. You will look to reinstall your new part between the carburetor and gas tank. Note that if your carburetor and tank are separated for any other repairs or maintenance, you will also need to replace your fuel tank gasket regardless of condition, as it is a one-time use.

Toro Tiller Gasket-Cylinder Head The cylinder head gasket, also known just as the head gasket, is an OEM part sold individually. Grey in color, the head gasket provides a seal between the cylinder head and the engine block in your engine. Over time, it can become damaged due to wear. You may also need to replace this part any time you have had to remove the cylinder head for any other reason, as the gasket is a one time use. If you suspect your head gasket is damaged, perform a compression test. In doing so, you may hear air escaping from the head gasket area, and you will know this part is responsible. Symptoms that can be exhibited if this part needs replacing include an engine lacking power. Most of our customers thought this was a medium-difficulty repair. The repair requires a wrench or sockets and a torque wrench. When re-installing your head gasket, torque in an alternating patter to the manufacturer specifications for a proper seal.

Toro Tiller Gasket-Crkcse (.015 Thick)(Stand) The Crankcase Gasket (.015) is a manufacturer-certified part which is rated as being "Medium" difficulty to install. It will require a screwdriver, socket set, wrench set, and nut driver. It s used to provide an air seal between the crankcase and the cylinder assembly. If broken, there will be oil leaking, and the part should be replaced. Refer to your make, model and diagrams to check if this is the right part for you. This part is made of a composite of materials, and comes in gray.
