Wat could be causing the clunking on the spin cycle

My washer is making noise.

Hi Robert, thank you for contacting us. We have found that the issue is probably with the suspension springs. We would recommend checking the springs to fix the issue. If that is not the case, then you may have a bad shock absorber, part number PS3508101. The shock absorber absorbs the vibrations and movements of the outer washer tub. You may need to replace the bad shock absorber to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
