Hello Karen, Thank you for the question. Normally this is caused by a damaged Suspension Rod. We suggest checking the rods for wear or damage. It may have also put strain on the belt causing it to snap. We hope this helps!

Hi Daniel, thank you for the question. A faulty board may not be sending power to the drain pump during the drain cycle. You can inspect the board for signs of burning or a shorted-out component. You can also use a multimeter to test for incoming power to the drain pump. If no voltage is present when the washer is in the drain cycle, it is likely the control board, part number PS4704668, is defective and will need to be replaced. Good luck with the repair!
