My front load Amana will not dispense bleach. The detergent bin dispenses as would be expected, and the fabric softener bin dispenses completely as would be expected, but the bleach bin never dispenses regardless of the cycle. What could be causing this issue? Thank you.
For model number NFW7300WW02
Hi Eric, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the siphon hole for the bleach in the dispenser is not clogged with residue. If that hole is clogged, the bleach will not dispense properly. Also, make sure that you are using the right type of bleach. If that does not solve the issue, then you may need to check the detergent drawer, part number PS11746272. Make sure that the spout for the bleach is clear of obstruction, and if the drawer is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
H Dennis, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the bearing you are looking for does not come separately, but it comes as a part of the outer tub, part number PS12578762. Hence, to replace the bearing, you may need to replace the outer tub. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance!
