I get a alarm “UL “ on my machine aprox 12 minutes before the end of cycle
For model number MVWB850YG1
Hi Tim, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the error code UL indicates that there is an unbalanced load. So, try reducing the load a little and see if it works. If the issue still persists, you may need to replace the suspension rod kit, part number PS3502193, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!

How do I remove the agitator from my washer to clean or remove a coin?
For model number MVWB850YG1
Hi Elaine, thank you for contacting us. To remove the wash plate, part number PS11753686, from your washer, we would suggest following these general instructions: First, pry off the wash plate cap using a flat-head screwdriver. Then, using a socket wrench, take out the central bolt that holds the wash plate. Insert a hook or a metal wire in the holes of the wash plate, and lift it. The wash plate will come off. Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
