My washer is not draining the water. I’ve already replaced the drain pump with a brand new one. This model doesn’t have a filter because it’s a later model washer. I’ve checked the drain hoses for clogs but all hoses drain properly. What am I missing? Thanks

Trying to wash on various cycles and it seems to be filling and agitating at the beginning of the cycle as it normally should. The problem is that the water never cuts off. I have to cut the water supply on the wall and unplug the washer to make it stop. The tub fills, drains and spins with no problem- as if in a normal wash cycle. It filled for the rinse cycle (water never stopped) and agitated as normal, drained and spun out the water. I had to turn the water off at the wall so that the spin cycle could finish the cycle. Any advice would be appreciated. Local service company has a 6 week waiting list for repairs!

Hi, when we select 'tap cold', along with cold water, the hot water is cycled on and off. I thought 'tap cold' was straight out of the tap. Should the hot water be cycled on and off?

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
