I am having the same issue. How do you clean the condense coils?If it is the compressor should i repair or replace it?

Thank you for your question. Before cleaning the coils, please unplug the freezer from the electrical outlet. Then use a vacuum to remove the dust and dirt from the coils. If there is still some buildup left on the coils after you have finished vacuuming, remove it by using a cloth and some warm soapy water. If you have any questions, please let us know. Makes a low humming sound not getting cold compressor not kicking on

Hi Allan, thank you for your question. There are a few reasons that this may happen. However the most common reason is that the condense coils are dirty and need to be cleaned. Other parts to check for the issue would be your fan motor and the fan blades. If those parts are fine then the issue might be with your compressor itself. Good luck with your repair.
This was not a repair but a basket w/handles to fit in our chest ge freezer. . . . . . . . . . . . Called everywhere and nobody had the correct dimension basket. Your part select co. Had the correct one, great price and shipped it to us very quickly. I will always go back to them. . . .
Ordered two baskets, arrived in two separate shipments two days apart. Both baskets wrong size for freezer. Information sent to customer service and haven't heard anything back.
