What is problem with surface unit that i get a se error when i try to turn on any burner
For model number FTQ307NWGX
Good Day Louis. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number FTQ307NWGX). Based on our research, the SE error code on your unit indicated either a Shorted Key or a Touch Button Short Error. The recommended solution from the manufacturer is to Press the Clear/Off pad and restart your oven. If this does not work, they recommend to disconnect all the power to your unit and wait 30 seconds. Then reconnect the power and this should solve the issue that you are having. We hope this helps! Best Regards.
