Why is the fridge giving me a different temperature than the one it’s set???
It’s freezing some food but not all of them.
Please help.
According to my not digital thermometer temperature is about 32 to 34 and it’s set to 40.
Thank you.

My fridge (no freezer, no water dispenser) is leaking water under the bottom tray inside the fridge. I have no clue as to where the water is coming from.
For model number FGRU19F6QFB
Hello Susan, Thank you for the question. The Water could be coming from the Defrost Cycle. We suggest checking the Drain Tube to make sure it is secure and in place with no damage. We hope this helps!

I have the full fridge Frigidaire Gallery side by side unit and the inside temperature is fluctuating between too cold that it is freezing food, and too warm that it is setting off the high temp alarm at 60 degrees. I have replaced both the thermistor and the defrost thermostat recently as these were the recommended likely culprits. Along with several other major parts a while back, with no luck solving this problem. Any suggestions of what to test or check next are welcome.
For model number FGRU19F6QFB
Hello Donna, thank you for your inquiry. As per your description, replacing the thermistor and defrost thermostat have not resolved the issue. We would suggest replacing the user control and display board, part number PS12705248, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My power failure alarm is on. What can cause this?
For model number FGRU19F6QFB
Hi Jim, thank you for the question. We have researched and found that this alarm informs you that due to a power failure, the cabinet temperature exceeded 55°F (13°C). If the power failure lasted more than 1 hour, the display alternates between showing the power failure duration (Hours and DURATION LED illuminate in the display) and the cabinet temperature (°F or °C illuminates) every ½ second. This safety feature will aid in determining what food spoilage action to take. It can be turned off by pressing 'Alert Reset'. We hope this information is useful!
