Fabric softener wont dispense. Holes not plugged up. Housing dispenser?
For model number EFLS517SIW0
Hello George, Thank you for the question. If the Hoses and holes were checked and not plugged, we suggest checking to see if water is entering the Dispenser. If there is no water in the dispenser, you may have a defective Water Valve. We hope this helps!

My washer makes a loud noise like a worn pump during wash cycles. I suspect a recirculating pump. There are two pumps shown in your parts list: PS12365825 and PS12365825. Can you help me select the proper part?
For model number EFLS517SIW0
Hello Bruce, thank you for your query. The circulating pump that fits your model is part number PS12365825. It recirculates wash and rinses water throughout the wash tub. We hope this is what you were looking for!

Two "options" won't stop being options -- they are stuck, if you will. They are the extra rinse and the wrinkle release options. Having two extra options makes the cycles much longer and uses more water and electricity. Please advise!
For model number EFLS517SIW0
Hello Helen, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is with the control board, part number PS11766152. We would recommend checking it to fix the issue. We hope this helps.

My washer is smoking 0n the final spin cycle. Have already replaced drive belt. What else could it be?
For model number EFLS517SIW0
Hello Annett, thank you for your inquiry. The answer depends on the location of the smoke. Smoke coming from the bottom of the washing machine indicates a problem with the Washer Motor Control Board PS11766139. Smoke coming from the upper back of the machine indicates a bad Fill Valve Solenoid PS11766077 . And smoke coming from the control panel indicates a bad Electronic Control Board PS11766152. We hope this is of some help to you.

latch broke, door wouldn't shut, washer wouldn't run - no fun
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes

P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
