Hi Pat, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the filter comes as a part of the frame and filter assembly. The part number for the frame and filter assembly is PS12172022. We hope this helps!
After running the uint for several hours, it didn’t collect any water. Could this be the condensor? If so can I replace?

Hi Joy, thank you for getting in touch. We would recommend checking the float, part number PS3512331, to fix the issue. When the water level in the collection tank reaches a certain level, the float switch gets triggered by floating up. When this happens, the float switch breaks a connection to the control board. Once the control board senses this, it shuts down the dehumidifier. Sometimes the float switch can get stuck, making the control board think that the tank is full when it’s actually not. If it is faulty, the dehumidifier may not collect water. We hope this helps!
