Hey Teresa, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that code F1E0 indicates that one or two keys are permanently pressed. Remove any objects left on the control area, and wipe any debris from the control panel surface. Clean the cooktop's touch control panel thoroughly.
If this does not fix the error, then you may need to replace the control board, part number PS16555255. We hope this helps!

Remove any objects left on the control area, and wipe any debris from the control panel surface. Clean the cooktop touch control panel thoroughly. Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow the range to idle after restoring the power again. If the error code reappears, replace the control board, part number PS16555255. Please submit a new question if you have any follow-ups.
