The belt on my deck always jumps off, breaks or shreds. I am ordering the correct belt. I've ordered directly from troybilt and this still happens. What could be the problem?
For model number 13AK79BT011
Hi Jerry, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the spindle assembly, part number PS11803951. If the spindle assembly is faulty, the belt going through it may not stay in place or wear out quickly. If the spindle assembly is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
