Engine won't start.

Fuse------ok
I think module marked SCR is bad (safety switch) pushed in when mulch plug is installed.
For model number 13AC26JD011
Hi Edmond, thank you for your question. It seems that the issue is with the ignition switch, part number PS9163215. It supplies current to the starter to start the engine. If it is faulty, enough power might not be supplied to the starter to start the engine. We hope this information helps!

My mower keeps backfiring every 30 seconds or so, does this mean I have a stuck valve? A new carburater was installed because of jelling.
For model number 13AC26JD011
Hi John, thank you for reaching out. As you have already replaced the carburetor, would suggest checking the air and fuel filters. If these are fine, the issue could be with the spark plug, part number PS9123562. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
