Manufacturer Part Number WPW10001130
The front facing foot is sold individually. It is used on your washing machine and can also be known as an adjustable leveling leg. This specific front facing leveling leg has a rubber foot. It is important that when installing this part you are very careful, if not installed correctly your washer will be off balance which will then cause it to vibrate and/or shake during the cycle. The function of the adjustable foot is to keep your washing machine supported and to make sure that it is level at all times. The tools you will need for this repair include a pair of channel lock pliers, and a 9/16 wrench.

Stopped agitating versus level washer feet/leg
My washing machine stopped agitating and spinning and I couldn't afford a repair man...plus I wanted to exhaust any obvious problems first. One of the leveler feet had broken years ago. Since I luckily had determined via reading other posts that the agitator won't work if the cycle safety switch is not functioning right, I thought the safety switch might need to be changed but after careful thought, I decided to order a new levelling leg first because maybe the broken levelling leg was shaking the safety switch so it wasn't connecting right. Once I received the leg overnight, I flipped the washer on its side and had to drill out the old leg. It was a little tricky because of how it broke, but the drill worked. I flipped the washer back up, leveled it with the new foot, and the agitator was miraculously working again...just like new. I didn't need the safety switch. Thanks to partselect.com for having the details of my washer parts to study up on and get me the right part so quickly. I saved myself alot of money. Read more...

Crosley Washer Rubber Foot Pad

PartSelect Number PS11738859
Manufacturer Part Number WP210684
The leveling leg pad or foot pad fits over the leveling leg on your washing machine. The foot pad is designed to protect your floor and keep the washing machine level and in place. This foot pad is just over an inch in diameter. It is made entirely of rubber and is gray in color. This pad is intended for use with washers and some dryers. Many of our customers have rated this repair as very easy. To complete the repair, turn the old leg counter clockwise to remove it. Then, simply remove the old pad and replace it with the new one. Finally, re-attach the leg by turning clockwise. Ensure that the washer is level, and adjust the leg accordingly if it is not.

If your washer shakes or vibrates loudly when it reaches its max speed, make sure the 4 levelling legs are even. Adjust the legs so that the machine is level, and tighten the locking nuts on the legs that are threaded. Your washer should be kept as close to the floor as possible. Your model might have rear legs that level themselves, or it might have threaded legs all around. Make sure the rubber feet have not worn out. Replace any missing or damaged legs and feet. This genuine OEM replacement part is sold individually, so be sure to order the amount you need.

Spider coupling between motor and transmission broken
Followed the video on the website. I removed the hoses from the pump rather than removing the pump as suggested in the video. Then separated the motor from the transmission and replaced the coupling; then reattached the motor and hoses. Lining up the washer cover and clamping it back on was the most trouble. But all in all, a easy repair. Read more...
