ENTRIES:
In order to qualify for PartSelect's Share Your Repair Giveaway, entrants must submit a valid entry. A valid entry must meet the following requirements:
SHARE YOUR REPAIR ON TWITTER, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE+ OR EMAIL
- Entry must be completed on the PartSelect contest confirmation page.
- Customer may enter up to four times per order - one for each method of share.
- Entries are only valid for that calendar month.
- Entries must be posted/received by 11:59pm EST of the last day of the month to be included in that month's draw.
- Entrant must be a legal resident of the United States.
- Entrant must be 18 years or older.
PRIZES:
The monthly prize is a $100 gift card to Lowes. Draws will be held on the first of every month for the winner of the prior month.
The winners will be notified by email. Once notified, the winner will be required to release personal contact information to PartSelect to facilitate prize delivery. Prize will be mailed to winner once contact information has been received. Please expect 4-6 weeks for prize delivery.
TERMS:
Winners must claim prize within (30) days of winner announcement. If winner fails to claim prize within said time frame, winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and new winner will be drawn. New winner will have (30) days from new draw date to claim prize.
The prize is not exchangeable in any way and cannot be redeemed for monetary value. PartSelect reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value without notice.
Prizes are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
PartSelect reserves the right to disqualify any posts that are off-topic, defamatory, contain inappropriate content, or violate intellectual property rights, or are otherwise deemed unfit.
Winner will be announced on PartSelect.com's corporate Facebook, Twitter and Google+ accounts.
Winner is solely responsible for complying with any tax laws that may apply. Winner is responsible for filling out any applicable federal or state tax forms. The prize value is limited to the value of the goods themselves and does not include the value of any taxes. It is the responsibility of the winner to pay all federal, state or local taxes including but not limited to all sales tax and personal income tax. Winner is responsible for the filing and remitting of any applicable federal or state and local tax forms.
PartSelect owns the right to publish all entries. PartSelect is not responsible for any errors or technical failures that may occur with the contest.
Entrants are required to be logged into their social media accounts to submit a contest entry, however PartSelect does not collect any data, nor do they have access to entrants personal information.
Contest is void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary.
PartSelect cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons and/or things as a result of the acceptance of the prize offered.
Employees of PartSelect and its associated companies are not eligible to enter.
All entries become the property of PartSelect and may be used for promotional purposes both during and after the contest.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
PartSelect reserves the right to terminate contest at any time, without notice.
By entering the contest, entrant has agreed to all terms of the contest.
