Snapper Tiller Caps and Lids

Snapper Tiller Boot, Rear Axle, Thick Flange This rear axle, thick flange boot, also known simply as the boot, protects the rear axle of your riding lawn mower/tractor. It measures 4.75 x 3 inches, and is black and made of plastic. This part can dry out and crack due to fatigue and wear; you may notice a rip in it, and debris entering the hub of your mower. When this occurs, it is time to replace the boot, which our customers rated as a medium-difficulty repair. You will need to attach your new boot to the rear axle of your machine, and the repair will require a screwdriver, pliers, a socket set, wrench set, and snap ring pliers.
