Another Dead on Arrival UI Board!
Seems to be a common issue - what is not mentioned is how poor this vendor is at processing returns and how long it takes. It took them 2 weeks to acknowledge my return request which was sent the same day the part arrived - and now they say it could take another 90 days because it is a GE component. I have installed electronic boards in
... Read more so many devices and even have custom built PC's without an issue (unless the board arrives defective - like this one did! The board arrived dead and the anti-static wrap was previously opened (tape was ripped and not secure). I took some pictures and like the other commenter, my old UI board worked/lights up just fine but will not stay that way for more than a few days (and then have to power cycle the main board until it comes back on). It is annoying - but this supposedly brand new (factory tested my @$$) board will not light up or beep at all! It will go back and will also file a dispute with PayPal if these folks continue to drag their feet. I would stay away from this part - nobody else even has this in stock - but somehow they have access to a pile of defective boards...

The UI board does not work.
Took out the old UI board and replaced it with the new, put it all together and nothing happened. I confirmed there was 13 volt dc going into the UI board but nothing happens, no lights are turning on, put back the old UI board, at least the LED lights are coming on, put back the new UI board and still nothing happens, it seems dead, I w

Question, configured UI control board. Why am I getting so many part numbers, its confusing none work. I called GE and was given two different part numbers one last week and one today both different.
Last week I was given WD21X32007, today I was given WD21X31903. So witch one is right? I have installed WD21X31903 and it does not work. So I called GE and she tells me I have the wrong board and I need WD21X32007 but its out of stock. I have power to the board behind the kick panel, but no power to the UI control board. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
