When using the hose attachment and attaching the brush ,the water only leaks to the sides but the jet spray does not work. What do i do?

Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, if the hose nozzle stops spraying water during use, the water tank or the detergent container is empty. If they are empty, you will need to fill them. If water will still not spray after filling the detergent container and water tank, there may be air trapped in the pump and in the hose. To try and resolve this, turn on the cleaner. If the hose does not spray, prime the pump by lowering the hose down to the floor and hold the trigger for one minute. If water will still not spray from the attachment after priming the pump, the pump is defective and it will need to be replaced.
