Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system. ... Read more a quick inspection showed the impeller on the motor was off the shaft and flopping around. Bingo, motor runs but cant pump. Ordered from Partselect and received in ONE DAY. I really didn't want to go back to it that soon, but they certainly did their part. Ha. Thank you all. Greg
Tipped the washer up on a couple of chairs. Pulled the motor apart in three pieces and replaced the Hall Sensor. Error code lead me right to the problem and solution.
