My ice maker won’t turn on. What’s wrong with it. Does this model have a water filter? I can’t find it.

Hello Kori, thank you for the question. We would recommend taking a look at the power cord, part number PS11772251, to see if it is damaged or not. Your icemaker does not have a pre-installed filter. You can use the inline filter, part number PS12725435, to get filtered ice. We hope this information is useful!
