My whirlpooll microwave pad won't unlock. It runs and the lights stay on but turntable doesn't move and no heat

We suggest to try a hard reset:
Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem.
If this does not fix this problem then your diode and turntable motor might be faulty and possibly needs to be replaced. Please see the part links related to this question just beneath this answer. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

Hello Jim, thank you for your question. This is a standard 12-hour clock (12:00-11:59) and does not show a.m. or p.m.
To S e t :
The microwave oven and timer must be off.

2. Touch the number pads to set the time of day.

There is power to the plug-in, but nothing will operate on the microwave. Is there an internal fuse or something like that that could have been tripped or failed?
