I changed the heating element and two thermistor on the element housing. Also the two sensors on the blower housing i get voltage at relay on both black and blue wire. Still no heat ??

Heater element has 10.6 ohm's. The thermostat high limit has 0.8 ohm's the cut out th2 and the thermostat cut off th3 has 0.8 ohm's. My letter has 0.8 probs together nothing shorted to ground. I believe that is what you wanted me to check is that correct.

Hello Larry, Thank you for the question. The next part to check is the Thermistor PartSelect Number PS11741828. You would test this for resistance at room temp and should be 10K ohms. Hope this helps!
Watched a video on utube, how to repair my 16 month old steam dryer. The hardest part was laying on my belly holding the spring loaded tensioner and slipping the belt on around the blower housing. Only cost me $23. Winning!
Dryer would not start but electronics were working.
Pulled top of dryer off; noticed the belt was loose but not broken. Went in through the back (1 screw and removed the exhaust pipe/plate); noticed the wheel was broken and thus the belt had fallen off.
