Hello Stephanie, thank you for your question. That is probably an issue with the PartSelect Number: PS466969 thermal fuse, Thermal Cut-Off Part #: PS12114598, THERMAL CUTOUT Part #: PS11724148. We would recommend testing those parts first. I hope this helps!
Hello Bruce, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: Door latch, door spring and the door switches. Check the latch and spring to see if either are broken, and you can test the switches with a multimeter to see if they are faulty. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so. https://www.partselect.com/Microwave+discharge-capacitor+repair.htm Good luck with your repair.
The microwave has stopped cooking. It turns on and the tray turns but no heating happens.

Hello Robert, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, there is a thermal fuse, part number PS466969, in the cabinet section of your model. It protects the microwave and magnetron from damage by shutting off the microwave if there is a power surge. You can easily replace it, if it blows out. We hope this information helps!
I first removed the top plate above the microwave door (3 screws), then I removed the plate containing the buttons and clock. The microwave has 3 relay switches and they are in a little holder. The holder was too difficult to remove so I just removed the bottom switch and replaced. The microwave started right up.
Removed the 3 screws to drop the lower panel and, removeed the turn table plate and ring. Then removed the 2 screws holding the motor, the 2 wires attached to the motor and removed the old motor.Replaced the new motor in the reverse order. DO NOT FORGET TO UNPLUG THE MICROWAVE FIRST.
was told buy a repair person to check the door micro switches as it was a common problem. removed the top plastic air grill to get access to the screw that holds in place the control cover. After unplugging the unit, i took out the (2) screws that held in the switches and removed them (3). One switch was a bit melted so i tested it with a
